ORDERS are double boxed and dispatched within one working day and delivered by Hermes or Royal Mail with internet tracking. All our packaging is made with recycled or upcycled materials. Please consider using click and collect if packages left at your door are at risk.

A NOTE ON SIZING - please read the description carefully as there may often be specific advice on sizing for each item. Converse trainers are similar in size to Clarks, though slightly narrower, approximately a half size larger than most other brands of trainers such as Adidas, Asics, Reebok or Vans, and a full size larger than Salomon. Converse UK sizes may vary between styles, but the EU size is usually constant. Add an extra half size for wide feet,

RETURNS accepted without quibble – full cost and original postage will be refunded for goods returned within 30 days and in the condition that you received them. Buyer is responsible for return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service for your own protection. (Please re-use the outer packaging to protect the original shoe boxes from getting damaged in the post).
