This is a brand new and sealed Black Apple iPod Touch (2nd Generation) with 8GB capacity. The part number is MB528LL/A.  The model number is A1288.
*PLEASE NOTE* - This device has never been opened. The battery may not be functioning due to being stored & not being charged. It is possible it may need a new battery.  Signs of this problem are continually rebooting while attempting to power on for the first time.

Also since this device has iOS 2.1.1, some of the apps are no longer supported by Apple.  It would have to be updated but iOS 4 is the latest release this device could run.  It would likely still have troubles with iOS 4.  Before buying, if you are planning to use it double check if your apps will function correctly.
