Yapped edges gnetly edgeweoarn, and just a few nicks to a few pages, but a clean, sound example. A wonderfully illustrated souvenir of New Zealand from the turn of the century; scarce in commerce, and with just eight seaprately listed holdings in OCLC, seven of which are in either New Zealand or Australia. Near fine.
