This is PCGS' prototype medal which was distributed to their employees prior to the release of the standard medal. The total mintage of this issue is 4,200. This includes all variations of the medal. I have all 3 listed. This is the first of the series. The second one is graded 80 which was the old designation for "genuine". This makes up the majority of the mintage.
