Small Brass Head & Plastic Machinist Hammer, Looks Toolmaker Made, Well Used and still usable. The brass is about 1/2" diameter and the end is well flared out from use. The other end is a hard plastic material and chipped as pictured. Both ends are still usable. A 3 letter etch is noted and pictured.
