• If no personalization is needed, write "None"

Orders received with no notes at all or incomplete/confusing instructions may be delayed until we verify personalization. If we cannot reach you before the ship-by-date the item will be sent either without customization (in the case of no notes) 

• We can NOT CHANGE the color scheme or design of the ornament.

CARE  INSTRUCTIONS

 •We use specialized pens to personalize sourced directly from the manufacturers

• They are permanent and will not "rub" off due to normal touching.

 •However, the ink does react with chemicals in nail polish remover and HAND SANITIZER. Please refrain from touching after using either product.
