Discontinued... Hard to find, especially in box!

Item is new, open box. This item still has the plastic protector cover on the screen, comes with Paperwork, wires, cd, keychain, ect...  (Does not include Earphones).

Usually I get these new/open box items, they are usually Christmas presents that are opened up but never used. It appears everything is here except the earphones.
