Probably boxwood.

In good condition. Typical normal sign of use, age, wear and marks.

Small piece of wood is missing [ chip ] in the back, see picture no 10.

Measurement:  9.5 cm diameter.  12.5 cm tall.   the watch slot is 4.8 cm diameter.
