Wear on sleeve trim on white,  popped seam in armpit plus armpit damage as shown in photo. Heavy Cotton that has structure to it, helps the shoulders keep the puffed shape.

Mother of pearl buttons do not open, head opening is on smaller side (still fits my big size 23 head though but be careful putting head through).

No opening on side so must be able to slide shoulders through the waist.
