The optional cover on the back of the main unit may be missing.

The picture is an image, so it doesn't necessarily come with a controller.
Note that there is no controller if you choose console only.

There are two types of controllers: one that vibrates and one that does not.
We ship them randomly, so there may be a mix of vibrating and non-vibrating controllers in your shipment.
If it does not vibrate, it is not a malfunction.
