Description:

Designed to  build strength and muscle in mid and lower pectoral muscles.  Also decline bench press is proven to put less strain on the shoulders as with flat or incline benchpress. The purpose behind performing bench presses with a decline bench is to target the pectoralis major and shift the load from anterior deltoids.
