use Australia Post and only post within Australia. Unfortunately we
cannot be held responsible for items lost or late in the post. Should
you require urgent shipping - please choose EXPRESS POST service with
extra cost.
Refunds & Returns
We
only offer a full refund of the purchase price if the goods that arrive
are incorrect or faulty. No refund for change of mind. If for any
reason your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days. Make
sure the goods must be packed with original packing and not used. We
reserve the right to dispute the refund if you do not contact us first
and if you return used items or items in bad condition not damaged by us
or the postal system. Shipping is on your own cost (please check ebay T
& C for return shipping method) and not refunded.
