Offering this Vintage 4 1/4" diameter Rolling Spinning Hard Plastic Bear Wheel Toy from likely the 1950's that was for babies and toddlers. Could be Rosbro or Knickerbocker but unknown for sure. From a family member's estate and packed away for decades so it is in beautiful shape.
