This is a 1990s Koosh ball toy made by Koosh Critters.  This is the lion from the Jungle Collection of Cuddly Animal Friends. Koosh balls were a popular toy in the early 90s. They are amazingly soft  and are a great, fun sensory toy.

This is mint condition---clean and unmarked. Actual item for sale is pictured here.  Has been carefully stored in smoke free home.  Will be carefully packaged for shipping.
