DESCRIPTION
A very scarce volume by James Campbell Bell, who was a cashier and book-keeper to Mr Moncur an auctioneer. The volume details Bell's religious convictions. Bell had the extraordinary delusion which to him has the sanction of 'Holy Writ.'
The volume has newspaper cuttings announcing Bell's death tot he first few pages and a cutout of his death stuck to the title page.
CONDITION
In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, a little worn and faded to the spine and a little marked to the boards. With newspaper cuttings to the first few pages and title page. Internally, generally firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
