• Please as follow when you can't use this led strip

  1.When adding a new device, click the device list in the top corner to update the device.

  2. Check if the power supply to the light strip is normal.

  3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

  4. Check if there are other cell phones connected, only bluetooth 4.0 supports one to many connections, doesn't support many to many.

  5. Check the APP bluetooth settings, if the phone fails to connect to the device, if it fails to connect, exit the APP and open it again. The APP is then opened. The light strip is automatically coupled.

  6. During normal operation and if a connection cannot be established, please exit the APP and reopen it.

  7. Quit the app, restart the mobile phone, turn on the light bar and open the APP, then they will connect automatically.
