Vintage 1000 Islands New York Souvenir Wall Plate or Trinket Dish. There is wear on the gold rim, please see pictures, each picture shows rim condition. The lines you see through the words is a manufacturing issue and not scratching. Measures 4inches in diameter. The original string for hanging has been removed and this was used as a ring dish.
