Pair of SIMON DESIGNS Faceted Crystal Candlestick Holders.  Prismatic holders measure approximately 6" tall x 2.75" in base diameter.  

CONDITION:  Pre-owned; good.  There are a number of tiny chips on the faceted edges of the holders, but all are quite small/inconspicuous.  Please see second to last photo for example.
