Slice in half and place on a dehydrator (or in the over at a very low heat). Turn often. The drying process intensifies the flavors of these already-delicious tomatoes. Heavy producers that keep up production through the summer. 70-75 days from transplant to maturity.
  • White Cherry: Italian Ice hybrid. Sugary sweet and bursting with juicy flavor, Italian Ice is a summer picnic treat. Clusters of 1-1 1/2" snack-sized fruits ripen from green to ivory white, becoming uniquely sweet and mild-tasting.
