Authentic 1990s German Army Quilted Liner Trousers

Sizing:

They can be tightened right up with the drawstring. As regards the length, these have zips to allow access to, what must be, pockets underneath, so the seem to be designed to be worn over trousers, or possibly long-johns. So they hang lower than normal trousers, and so inside leg measurements won't be informative. Given these considerations, we have the sizes as

S - Maximum waist 34 inches, for inside leg 28 inches
M - Maximum waist 36 inches, for inside leg 30 inches
L - Maximum waist 40 inches, for inside leg 32 inchest
XL - Maximum waist 44 inches, for inside leg 34 inches
XL long - Maximum waist 44 inches, for inside leg 36 inches
