"Vase" portion of the lamp is probably 19th c French Vase is 18"H, whole lamp is 34"
I believe it was made into a table lamp in the 50s-60s by Warren Kessler who made lamps for American Embassies and NYC elite -- they were expensive when new.. It is dramatic in a room.
