up for your consideration, vintage gray blue cotton swing dress with black accents in daisies. Please look at the second photograph for the garment measurements. Some of the daisies have a tiny steel button that resembles a flower petal, And in the center there is a prong set rhinestone. I believe some of the petal beads are missing. I noted one area with tiny pinprick from where the beads must’ve been originally. This has short sleeves, a back zipper that is fully functional. I did note at the shoulders on the front and the back there are rust stains, I believe these are from an old coat hanger used for many decades. I also noted that several of the seams under arms and at the side skirt seem are loose. I did see some of the original thread under the arms for reattachment. At the front middle and bottom of the skirt I did notice some soil probably from long-term storage. This would need to be laundered prior to wear. I am selling this as is and as described.

Vintage Carlye 1950s dress. This is a light blue cotton with capped sleeves, a V neck, a gathered waist, and an offset button closure from the shoulder to the bottom of the hem. Measurements, bust 38, waist 29, hips 42, length 45.
Near the buttons there is a sheer almost they’ll like material and it is adorned with a white embroidered fabric on each of the edges.
The scalloped edge adds a beautiful accent to the dress it draws your eye from the top to the bottom making you look taller and thinner. The fabric is sound, there are no tears or rips, there are hidden pockets on both sides. What I did know is the stitching at the waist has a few loose threads and you may want to either wear a belt or have it stitched prior to wear. I also noted on the backside there are some darkened shadows where the skirt was exposed uncovered for a long period of time. Like with all garments of this age I do recommend laundering prior to where.
