INFORMATION

I am a seller but also a buyer and  I know how important the colors of the products you use for your projects are. Therefore be aware that the colors of the products in the pictures may slightly differ from reality. It depends on the model resolution and individual settings of your monitor. SHIPMENT

We send products throughout England and Ireland using generally available couriers most often Royal Mail. The warehouse is located in the North West of England and we try to get your product to you as soon as possible. However I am asking you for understanding due to external factors that sometimes prevent us from doing so.

Goods purchased and paid for by 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same business day. Products purchased on Friday after 1 p.m. and on the weekend are shipped on the first working day after the weekend. All holidays and Bank Holidays are days off also in shipping companies therefore your package is sent immediately on the first working day.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM

You must contact us by email if you wish to return items to us or if there is a problem with your order. Please choose “I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message “ in your eBay Purchase History to contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received back to us within this time unless we have notified you otherwise.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging we will issue a full refund on receipt excluding the original delivery charge.  Or if preferred we will exchange the item.

In order for us to process your refund swiftly please provide your eBay ID address and order ID inside your package along with a note explaining the reason for return and/or the nature of any fault(s).

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility - delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or you have received the wrong product.
