Although I do not have a BIN on auctions I do welcome offers in access of the opening bid that may encourage me to sell prior to auctions end.
I do have a 10 TEN day handling time after payment due to age and ongoing medical issues.
This has worked for years and I often can get items out earlier if I have the extra free time.
I also have an incredibly small handling charge to cover shipping materials.
I combine shipping very fairly as long as all items can ship safely.
I DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO'sFPO's or American Protectorates unless buyer purchases Full calculated shipping.

Please note most anything is at least 3$ plus to ship. If my shipping is lower than that I will not reduce much if any as i am trying to keep these costs as low as possible but I can NOT take a loss on shipping.
