Shortly before LOU REED'S sad and untimely death, he and MICK ROCK (photographer), were to co-sign twenty (20) TRANSFORMER Fine Art Prints, and twenty (20) MAKE UP Fine Art Prints. Mick Rock completed his signatures, however, Lou Reed signed only FIVE (5) of the twenty prints each, just before he died. Proof of this is clearly disclosed and displayed on the Certificates of Authenticity provided by its publisher, Genesis Publications Limited. Thus, making these two fine art prints truly RARE and IRREPLACEBABLE items.
In addition to this incredible set, the two co-signed prints have MATCHING ASSIGNED EDITION NUMBERS ( 18 / 20 ).
Unless the owner(s) of the other four remaining fine art prints should want to release theirs, this may be the ONE AND ONLY time that a Lou Reed FAN / COLLECTOR / INVESTOR will have an opportunity to own these extremely scarce CO-SIGNED prints for themselves.
