CONSUMPTION
Take two tablets daily with or immediately after a meal. Drink a full glass of water or other soft drink.
Do not use on an empty stomach. Do not chew.
Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not use if allergic to soy, may contain traces of nuts. Do not use if you are taking medicines that regulate blood clotting. A food supplement is not a food substitute. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
