Terms and Conditions Payment: One item is used as a template for my adverts, therefore the finished article may differ from the one shown. By it’s very nature, items are handled by a number of people in the handling and shipping process, therefore some slight markings may be present. Payment must be received within seven days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Shipping Address: For PayPal payments, there is only one shipping address section. Please include your shipping address in this section correctly. Please do not include a second shipping address in the notes section during payment as it will be disregarded. Shipping Notification & Tracking: An e-mail with tracking information will be sent to your eBay e-mail address upon item is shipped out. Please contact us to verify the status of your transaction. Shipping & Handling: Products will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and inscribed plate has been received. We post parcels using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Scheme within the UK. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Small Packets for overseas addresses. Estimated Delivery Time once posted for UK Addresses is 3-5 Business Days, for Overseas addresses the estimated delivery time varies – see Royal Mail website. Buyers can nominate other postage options at an additional cost to themselves. Please confirm shipping with us. We cannot guarantee delivery time, particularly on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. I choose delivery options, where I obtain proof of postage and a compensation scheme operates. Therefore I cannot be held responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in dispatch. Should it be claimed that a product has not been received or is damaged, the buyer is responsible for contacting me in order that I can complete the relevant paperwork with Royal Mail for due investigation, before any refund is made through their compensation scheme. Return Policy: All items are checked and quality controlled prior to being dispatched. If the product is somehow found to be defective, other than damage caused during dispatch, please return it for a replacement. Damage caused during postage will be covered by the Royal Mail compensation scheme. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
