Support for Mac, Windows, Chrome OS
1. Attach the printer and computer with USB and turn on the printer.
2. Enter “MUNBYN” in the Chrome Web Store and add the extension to your Google Chrome.
3. Open the MUNBYN extension. Click "Add" to discover your printer. And "Setting Printer" to complete the print settings.
4. Open the file in Google Chrome and "Ctrl + P" to wake up the print interface, select the printer you just included and start Print.
What's the difference between 300 DPI and 203 DPI?
Thermal printers use dot-sized heated elements arranged in rows, and just like pixels, the more DPI (dots per inch) the sharper the quality.
Print heads are created using dots per mm. 8 dots/mm = 203 dpi, and 12 dots/mm = 300 dpi.
The type and size of the label you are printing are the two most important factors.
Printed at 300 DPI
- The majority of platform labels require the use of a printer with a print resolution of 300 DPI or greater.
- It is fine for Australia Postal labels, Canada Postal labels, shipping labels, Amazon barcodes, postage labels, asset labels, product labels, small size barcodes, text, etc.
- Small 7pt and 6pt text will print easily. Smaller labels will print well using barcodes scannable barcodes.
- Note text printed in reverse using serif typefaces will appear sharp, however thin strokes will fill in.

The first step before your use
Let the machine adapt to the size of the label
1, Load at least 4 consecutive sheets of label into the printer.
2, Turn on the printer.
3, Press the FEED button and hold on.
4, Release the button when you hear one 'Di' sound.
5, Then, the printer will calibrate the label size and properties.
