Shipping

Return Policy
Only items purchased directly from our a-depot eBay store will be eligible for return request. Please follow instructions below:
- Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you received the wrong item, or the item is damaged or defective, please contact the seller so we may resolve the issues as soon as possible. We will work to address any concerns about your order, so please contact the seller and provide pictures through eBay messages, prior to leaving negative feedback.
- All returned products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original materials included. For bundle items: to receive a full refund, all items within the bundle have to be returned. Non returned items, will convert into a full-price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
- Return packages: the refund is processed after the package has been received by our RMA department.
- Refused, Unclaimed and Return packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or any other reason, will be refunded, minus the shipping fee, if paid, once the package has been delivered to the RMA department.
- Shipping paid by buyer is nonrefundable.
