A really lovely example of a 1930's halter neck, trunk leg bathing suit.

The original used yarn was Baldwin and Walker's Ladyship 'Holiday' Wool.
I can find no references to this yarn so going on needle size and tension it was
probably a 3 or 4 ply yarn. This is just my opinion, please check yourself by
working a tension square in some oddments of 3 or 4 ply before buying any
yarn.

You will need approx 10oz (285g) in total 6oz (171g) in cream and 4oz (114g)
 in blue. Pair each of No. 11 (3.00mm) and No. 12 (2.75mm) needles

Tension: about 8 sts. to 1 inch

Measurements to fit Bust 34ins.

The needles are old sizes so I have included a conversion chart to help
