You're buying a Vintage 7up Ruler Conversion Rates Marked on it 1970's 12" Brass 15oz. This was on my dad's desk. USA tried to switch to metric in the mid 70's, this ruler has the conversion to metric and the conversion from metric on it. Inches on one side and centimeters on the other side.
