We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange if they are brand new in the original packaging. Racquets must have the plastic on the handle and show no signs of use.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If a return is being made on items where there was free shipping, a restocking fee equal to the original shipping cost will apply. If a return is being made due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs to rectify the situation.
Before returning an item, please contact us via email to receive a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Please include your name, invoice number, and reason for return.
