Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or rough spots.

Measured fluid capacity:   larger side is 4 oz and smaller side is 1 oz. 

Very pretty vivid color of blue on white.

Marked inside smaller cup:  "Vienna Woods Fine China REG.US.PAT.OFF."

I believe this is Japanese made.
