Although not necessary, we do recommend brushing a small amount of oil each time before using the mat. This will help cook evenly, improve the non-stick properties even more and cleaning much quicker.

- We dispatch orders the very next working day as standard, after cleared payment. Purchases that have been paid for before 12pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day. We can combine postage for multiple items (by UK Buyers only) which will be consolidated in one parcel & a partial refund will be issued to the buyer. We may accept collection in person & if so, payment will need to be made within 72 hours beforehand. ebay will then send you a QR code or unique collection code. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
- RETURNS
- We hope to provide quality products but understand issues may arise, if they do please contact us within 30 calendar days and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quick as possible. If we are unable to come to a resolution, open a return case through ebay & return the item with trackable postage within 3 calendar days in the same condition it was received. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense, however at our discretion we may offer to pay return postage costs and to refund original postage costs when the item is being returned because it's defective, isn't as described, or it was damaged in transit. This will be agreed prior to the return being authorised. The reason for return must be accurate and eBay's returns policy must not be abused.
