U.S. military watch collectors and others into 1930s/40s watches will like this special Gemex USA made belt type chrome steel cuff bracelet. Known as The Captain model bracelet. Used item with ends that measure 14.5mm wide, to fit any watches with 14.5mm or wider lugs that can be very challenging to strap with nice bands. After the watch connection points, the end pieces flare out to 15.4mm wide, which keeps this bracelet from looking to skinny and gives your narrow lugs watch a bit more heft.

We also have a yellow gold-filled version for sale in another auction, which is New Old Stock from the 1930s/40s!

The many pictures show the light use and some marks. You see these for sale with 16mm lugs, but they are more difficult to find like this with 14.5mm ends. You can use this with spring bars or slightly pry open the ends to fit them over fixed lug bars.

From the 1930s/40s. Advertised by Gemex at the time as being designed by a U.S. Navy Captain for military watch applications. Signed "Gemex The Captain chrome steel Made in the USA pat pending." Has a satin finish. You size the length just like you would a leather band. This band's length adjusts from 5 1/4 inches (13.2cm) up to about 6 1/4 inches (16cm). The narrow part near the clasp is 9.25mm wide.
