TERM & CONDITIONS

Payment detail, shipping, packing and return policy as below.

- Payment detail:

Ø         Price is for Ex-work our Taiwan office. Buyer pays for all shipping cost, tariff, tax in your country.

Ø         We only accept PayPal and Bank to Bank wire transfer in advance (extra 1% discount of final selling price will be provided if you make bank wire transfer).

Ø         We will revise the PayPal invoice to you based on the shipping cost we quoted once you buy.

Ø         For Bank to bank wire transfer. Please be sure to “pay full amount” as both banks will charge handling fee. We will provide the buyer payment information with total cost within 2 business days.

- Shipping:

Ø          Fedex and DHL are our standard shipping carrier we also can ship through the other carrier you prefer.

Ø          All orders will be scheduled to ship within 3-5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Ø          As this is an used instrument, we will make test again prior to shipping, if any defect is found, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

- Packing and handling policy:

Ø          We don’t charge packing and handling fee as we believe this is a kind of good service to customers.

Ø          All items are professionally packed to avoid damaged, we do not provide insurance. If you wish to pay the insurance, please contact us.

- Return policy:

Ø        We provide 5 days right-of-return .

If the item is Dead-On-Arrival, we will replace or refund you all cost including shipping cost for both way.

If buyer returns the goods while the items work well, we will charge 15% of final bid price as restocking charge, and buyer also need to pay shipping cost for both way.

Ø        We serve 30 days warranty for all of our products. (Unless otherwise specified), but the equipment cannot be damaged by human beings accidently. Once the broken item need to be returned, buyer should pay shipping cost, if the item cannot be repaired, we will exchange or refund your money.
