1930's Porcelier Art Deco, White Over-sink Porcelain Sconce & Shade, New Wiring, Restored

This over-sink sconce was manufactured by Porcelier during the 1930's to early 1950's, the lifetime of the company, but it is art deco in style and is probably from the 30's.  The sconce has been carefully cleaned and all of the paint and dirt removed from the sides.  It is in very good condition.

The fixture has new wiring and the pull chain switch works smoothly and correctly.   We disassembled the switch, cleaned it, polished and lubed the contacts, and added a new nickel plated pull chain. We would be happy to lengthen or shorten the chain if the buyer so desires...just ask.   The original porcelain knob at the end of the chain was missing when we got the fixture, so we added a new plastic one.  The unpolarized, ungrounded outlet has been disconnected, but all of the parts are there and it can be made to work if necessary.

The mounting hardware (crossbar, threaded nipple, nickel plated mounting nut) is included in the sale.

The sconce has been tested, is guaranteed to work correctly, and to be as described.  Bulb is not included.

Dimensions:  6-1/8" high x 4-1/4" wide where it attaches to wall, and projects 8-1/4" from the wall.

Shipping is buyer's choice of USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground.
