O3a Super Glue Cyanoacrylate CA Adhesive 20 / 50 Grams Metal Plastic Wood Rubber

O3a Super Glue Cyanoacrylate CA Adhesive 20 / 50 Grams Metal Plastic Wood Rubber

O3a Super Glue Cyanoacrylate (CA) Adhesive:

O3a Super Glue is an ethyl cyanoacrylate that classified as an excellent “wicking formulation” adhesive. Wicking is the process by which the adhesive, via capillary action is draws effectively into the substrate components that are to be bonded together,

Suitable for: Ceramics, Carbon Fibre, Fibre Glass, Gemstones, Leathers, Metals, Semi-porous / porous rock and stones, Rubbers, Most plastics and PVC’s

O3a Thin CA Adhesive is widely used to fill, bond, strengthen and stabilise hairline cracks and fine fractures in the workpiece, primarily due to its exceptionally low viscosity, intense bonding ability and highly effective capillary action,

O3a Medium CA Adhesive is well suited for bonding a vast range of materials from acrylic fingernails, plastic and wooden models, pen components for woodturning, metals, gemstones, ceramics, metal and stone powders, inlay, parquetry, marquetry, leather and a wide range of plastics and other component substrates,

O3a Thick CA Adhesive is an excellent choice for filling small to medium imperfections in your timber, void filling where a clear result is required and for artistically accentuating and stabilising natural cavities in your projects,

O3a Black Thick CA Adhesive is a proprietary rubber-toughened, thick CA adhesive that dries completely het black in colour. Due to its colour and thick consistency, O3a Black Thick is our first choice for filling small to medium imperfections in your timber, void filling where a dark visual result is required and for artistically accentuating, strengthening and stabilising natural cavities in your woodworking projects,

O3a Super Glue CA Adhesive is extremely popular across a broad application spectrum in woodworking, pen turning, knife making, woodturning, marquetry, parquetry, jewellery making, antique conservation as well as archaeology in fossil and artefact preservation and protection.

It is ideally suited to strengthening and stabilising any porous and/or fragile material such as very soft woods, “punky” woods, most ceramic products, metal powder and stone powder inlays, unpolished porous or semi-porous rocks and minerals, as well as bone and ivory.

O3a CA Adhesive also works exceptionally well for quick and firm positioning of jig or form componentry, for temporary and permanent jigs, fences, stops, and templates.

Simply apply a few coats in reasonably quick succession, sand with high grit paper and the adhesive coat can be polished to a remarkably hard wearing and high gloss finish!

We strongly suggest using O3a Aerosol Accelerator where saturation of a very porous workpiece is to be avoided. With the O3a Aerosol Accelerator, instant curing will prevent the adhesive from being excessively absorbed into the workpiece and will also result in less adhesive being required.

We strongly recommend that the storage temperature of adhesive ranges between 2 and 10º C. The maximum storage temperature is 25ºC, but this higher storage temperatures will shorten the shelf life of the product.

Stored under recommended conditions, the shelf life of O3a Adhesives is 12 months.
