Blenko style clear art glass cylinder vase with applied red horizontal glass swirl. 

It measures approximately:

Height-10"

There is a very small spot where the red glass thread is  missing in the spiral but is kind of difficult to notice (see last photo). 

Otherwise in excellent condition.
