2. Monocular viewing head with interchangeable 10x widefield and 20x widefield eyepieces, fixed 45-degree vertical inclination to reduce eye and neck strain.
3. Forward-facing nosepiece with precision-ground 4x, 10x, 40xS achromatic glass objectives provide color correction of magnified images.
4. Brightfield imaging with rheostat-controlled LED illumination and spiral-control color filter.
5. Plain stage with clips to secure specimen.
6. Powerful single bulb LED illumination with dimmer.

Using the Microscope:
1). To get started, use a prepared microscope glass slide, and place it on the center of the microscope Stage. Clamp it down with the Stage Clips
2). After you have set up the microscope with the corresponding illumination, look through the Eyepiece.
3). Always start observing using the lowest magnification with the microscope. Use the 4X Objective Lens by rotating the Objective Lens Turret so that the 4X Objective Lens is aiming at the center of the Stage(when it is in the proper position it will click into place). The 4X Objective Lens will give a 80X(80 power)view with the 10X Eyepiece. Final Power is calculated by multiplying the Objective Lens Power by the Eyepiece Power(e. g, 4 X2X 10=80). 2X is anInner Barlow lens
4). Focus the microscope by slowly turning the Focusing Knob, until an image forms in the Eyepiece.
5). If the image appears too bright, rotate the Disc diaphragm until a comfortable view is seen. You can choose between aperture positions 6,5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. If the image is too dim, use the largest aperture.
6). To increase magnification, rotate the Objective Lens Turret to center the 10X Objective Lens over the specimen for 200X, or the 40X Objective Lens for 800X or change the eyepiece from 10X to 20X. When using higher magnifications focusing becomes more critical and the objective lens will come closer to the specimen in order to reach focus. don't let the lens touch the slide as you may break the slide and damage the lens
