If you are purchasing an item or items that need to ship by PALLETIZED TRUCK FREIGHT via COMMON CARRIER to a RESIDENTIAL address, the freight company will charge an additional delivery fee & lift-gate charge for residential delivery.  These charges are not included in our “free delivery” offer in this listing.  We will contact you in a timely manner, if these fees apply  to your order and advise you of the additional amount of this fee. 

Occasionally, additional fees may be charged to commercially zoned addresses.  These charges may be as a result of a rural delivery charge, a lift-gate fee, hand unloading fee or other scenarios that are outside the scope of normal deliveries.  To avoid most of these charges, we suggest that you designate a shipping address that has a shipping dock and a forklift for standard unloading. Another way to avoid these charges is to arrange pick up at the delivering truck terminal.  We can assist you in finding the address and contact information for this scenario.
