Straight from an upscale estate sale is this BEAUTIFUL vintage Italian serving tray, table, or bar cart and it is LABOR INTENSIVE INLAID WOOD FLORAL MARQUETRY made in ITALY and notes so on the tag on the underside! It has drop leaf sides should you need it to be larger too! The bottom has holes for 6 bottles with brass trim on the rims. Design is FANTASTIC flowers inside a cartouche and they are peach, rust, gold, tan, light brown and dark brown and the rest is a BEAUTIFULLY GRAINED wood of light and dark! There is a lot of brass (I believe it is brass as a magnet will not stick to it) with the spokes on the wheels, the DETAILED gallery around the top of the cart – including the drop leaves and the ORNATE sides to the handle. Rubber on the wheels is good too! Measures 27 1/2”tall without handles, 29 ¾” tall to top of handle. 31 1/4” handle to end of cart and 29 ¾” without handle. When leaves are extended 29 ¾” diameter when leaves are extended and 18 ½” wide with leaves are down. Great condition with only some light scratches on the wood and the brass is discolored in places, especially the gallery. Rubber on wheels is used but still in tact. Handle and wheels will be removed for shipping to save the buyer money. WONDERFUL addition to your home and a WORK OF ART which would garner many compliments! (You will have to assemble it as the cost is prohibitive if shipped as you see it) I have one more cart that is a similar but each is done by hand so no two are alike. bk shd
