This early 1920s's dress has a front and back with pleat detail at the hip and you add
drapes in chiffon or same fabric to give it the evening look.

The instructions are in French and you can easily use one of the online translation sites
to help, I do and have had good results.

Like all early 20th century patterns the instructions are brief.

There are also instructions for the flower sash, which was very popular
at the beginning of the 1920's

I have also included a list of French sewing terms to help get you started

It's a very simple dress that would grade up or down with ease as it has no seams allowed.

The pattern is Taille 44 which I think for the era was a 34/36 inch Bust. But like all patterns
vintage please check and double check and make a muslin for fitting before committing
your fabric.

Please check the size yourself as I can't guarantee it is correct.

The fabrics suggested were;
Crepe satin, satin but Taffeta would work well and chiffon or similar fabric for the hip drapes.

The Pattern has been restored, redrafted without seam allowance.
