This is a very nice acrylic painting of an old-fashioned schoolhouse, signed by Lynn Bicknell. The painting size is 5" x 7", although the amount showing is actually 4.5" x 6.5". Circa 1980's.

The frame is natural rustic wood. The wood "matte" for the picture is rough, not sanded smooth. It looks like it could be reclaimed barn wood.  The frame is 8 inches high by 10 inches wide.  Inside the frame is a wooden "mat" with an opening size of 4.5" x 6.5" (the amount of the painting that shows).

I believe Lynn Bicknell is a Wisconsin artist as the only mention found online is in a Wisconsin artist research bibliography for the Kohler Art Library, University of Wisconsin, Madison, for a 1984 exhibit.

This painting is in great condition. There is slight wear to the frame, which looks natural to the rustic style of the frame. Please view photos closely as this is the item you will receive.
