Delivery:
247 Prime Warehouse Ltd has a comprehensive stock fulfilment system to ensure that your products are available and that there are no delays in getting the product to you. Your products will be sent either same day or next working day after cleared payment or unless otherwise stated on the listing. We do not process orders on weekends and UK holidays.
We make sure every effort is put in to sending out your order as quickly as possible – however once the post is collected by Royal Mail/Courier we have no control them or delivery times over delivery times. With social distancing the new norm, this can affect their (postal service/couriers’) performance.
If you need it quickly, we can provide a courier service, but you will have to select this from the postage menu, it is an additional cost.
Outside the UK Overseas customers
We are not responsible for any import duty or Customs charges that may be levied on your items should your customs agency decide to levy them
Returns Policy:
These products are NON-RETURNABLE as they are a personal hygiene product. Your statutory rights are not affected. For products which are faulty/defective when you take delivery we offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. However, Items must be returned unuséd, in their original packaging.
We provide as accurate descriptions as possible, measurements and clear pictures to enable to you identify the right part to purchase with confidence. However, if you are not sure, use google or chat rooms to make sure you are buying the right product. Some of the items we sell require some adult supervision if being uséd on a child.
Items should be returned to us on a tracked postal service only as we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned item and passing quality control for resale we will refund the purchase price (exceptions will apply if an item shows signs of use).
