Vtg Hand Carved Oil on Wood Floral "Garden Fair" Wall Hanging Frances Kell

This vintage artwork was created by a Pennsylvania artist named Frances Kell.  It is oil painted on carved wood and titled, "Garden Fair".  Kell entered this piece of art in the Annual Exhibition of Cumberland Valley Artists according to the paperwork on the back.  

The leather hanging cord is becoming weak and may need to be replaced.  Otherwise the art is in good condition with minimal wear.
