Message us, we are happy to send you screen shots of their messages to us, pictures they sent us of the item in their hands. In their “feedback” they state “the item arrived in pieces”. In reality, there was one small piece of stained glass that obtained a “hairline crack” (their words, their pictures) We immediately said we’d issue a full refund on return, even paying shipping. Fraudsters have no intention of returning the item, they search for any little reason they can demand a partial refund (a tiny hairline crack in one small piece of a 60 year old stained glass lamp). We HIGHLY recommend you block them, eBay policies have loopholes which the scammers/Fraudsters have figure out. That feedback will stay posted until after their “fake return” request closes do to them never returning the item. Please use this as a learning tool, eBay is loaded with scammers, you can block them. It’s our goal to get the word out when a scammer is exposed, eBay won’t do it so we will.
