About us - We purchase and resell items from house clearances, auctions, sales, and retail end of line stock. We make every effort to ensure each item is complete and suitable for sale.
Contact us - Please quote your EBay ID, name & address, and auction reference number in all correspondence. Please feel free to message through E-bay with any questions you may have.
Payment - For postal purchases - payment may be made by PayPal (or postal order if by prior arrangement). It is not advised to send cash through the post. Payment must be received as per auction listing (no later than within 7 days of auction closure), unless otherwise by prior agreement. For collection only purchases – payment may be made by cash at time of collection.
Postage - Postage costs are for UK inland deliveries only. Please note that the costs include all packaging materials and postal costs, and please bear in mind that Royal Mail have recently greatly increased their costs. Delivery is an economy service by Royal Mail/Parcelforce or Hermes courier. Additional postal services are available at the buyer’s expense. We aim to post items within 48 hours of receipt of payment. A certificate of posting or tracking records is obtained for every item.
Packing - All goods are despatched in new or recycled packing materials (carded or padded envelopes where applicable). Large bulky items may require adaptive packaging. Please note that this cost is included within the P&P costs.
Returns Policy - We make every attempt to provide a fair and accurate description of the condition of items offered for sale. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item, and we will attempt to resolve any problems. Please note that this excludes breakages and losses due to Royal Mail or couriers. All items are returned at the buyer’s expense.
