We have confirmed that all keys play sound.
The internal battery is probably dead and the program has been skipped, so it currently only produces piano sound.
Please replace the built-in battery by yourself.
All you can see on the picture will be included in a set of a package.
This product is very heavy (35.2Kg) and we recommend that two or more people carry it upon arrival.
If there is obvious damage to the outer box as it will be shipped with insurance, please take a video or photo when you open the package.
