It was made by Priory Castings, as indicated by the sticker on the base. This is a UK company.

When I first saw it, I thought it was Paddington Bear on his way to a football match with a ball, rosette and bag of honey. However, it could also be a mole. Either way, it's very cute and is sporting a little grin, as if the team has just won the league. As the figurine is all in one colour, you can imagine that the football team is the one that you support.
